Generation Y article

Generation Y article

Here is an article that I think really speaks to generation Y (my generation).

Generation Y, widely thought of as the young, hip and self-assured product of the Baby Boomers is being hugely affected by the financial crisis, according to leading KPMG demographer Bernard Salt... ...“It’s the global financial crisis that is telling them ‘No, you don’t have that option; No, you can’t progress to that job; and, no you can’t have that amount of money’... All fairly confronting experiences,” he said.

世界

Today I was so happy with myself that I was able to read the table of contents of a Japanese magazine that I bought for my "crackphone". The Japanese magazine was somewhat fail because they had tried to sell their magazine on the internet, but unfortunately their pdf version of it is so blurry not even a native speaker could read most of the articles unless you can translate black mush. So I resorted to the big type.

My one big dream is to be able to read a Japanese magazine or newspaper and have the words fly off the page and know what it is saying instead of slowly looking up the words. And when I say it was my dream, I'm serious. That is why I study Japanese.

So here's the passage that I studied today and self-congratulated. It was about the inauguration of Obama.

THIS DAY OF CHANGE

Anticipation
Anxiety
World
The new age/new period
Photographer

So then we can incur:

"Anticipation and Anxiety" The World watched [The New Age of Obama] THIS DAY OF CHANGE.

The world's 100 photographer's take pictures of 1.20.

Yes that is very cool that I'm able to do that. I'm finally getting somewhere.
